About Don MacLeod
30+ Years Building Marketing Systems That Drive Revenue
I help healthcare, B2B, and technology companies build marketing systems that actually generate leads and revenue. Before starting my consultancy in 2012, I spent 20 years as a marketing executive at iHeartRadio, CBS Radio, and Greater Media—where I generated $250M+ in sponsorships and produced 4,000+ branded events annually.

- Dental Practice: 310% conversion increase, $325K revenue in 45 days

Fortune 500 Brand Partnerships I Managed:
What I Learned: How to move massive audiences, create urgency, and turn attention into revenue—at scale. I learned that success at the Fortune 500 level requires collaboration, but strategic marketing leadership is what turns big ideas into measurable results.
Why I Work This Way
After 20 years at Fortune 500 companies, I saw a pattern: Small businesses get sold “marketing” that looks professional but doesn’t move the needle. They hire agencies that deliver pretty websites, clever social posts, and monthly reports—but the phone doesn’t ring more, the leads don’t increase, and the revenue stays flat.
I decided to do something different.
My Approach:
- I focus on revenue, not vanity metrics. Likes and impressions are nice. Money in the bank is better.
- I build systems, not one-off campaigns. My job is to create marketing that runs 24/7, not just during campaign season.
- I work fast. Most consultants spend 3 months planning. I start executing in week one.
- No long-term contracts. If I’m not delivering results, you shouldn’t be locked in.
I’ve spent 30+ years learning what works at the highest levels. Now I bring that expertise to businesses that need results, not PowerPoint decks.
